Recombinant UmAbf62A (GH62), purified from Pichia pastoris, is a single domain family 62 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH62) (www.cazy.org). The protein is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2 and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 1 mg/mL concentration.
