CircRNA-EGFP

CircRNA-EGFP is a circular RNA (circRNA) encoding enhanced green fluorescent protein (eGFP). The eGFP emits green fluorescence with a peak emission at approximately 507 nm when excited at 488 nm. CircRNA-eGFP is suitable for RNA expression studies, cell tracking, live-cell imaging, and functional genomics research. The transcript is designed for expression in eukaryotic cells. It contains the nucleic acid sequence encoding the 243 amino acid EGFP protein sequence. The circRNA is generated from an RNA transcript produced by in vitro transcription from a DNA template, followed by a circularization step. For research use only (RUO).
