IL4 mRNA is a ready-to-use messenger RNA (mRNA) encoding interleukin-4 (IL-4), a cytokine that drives Th2 differentiation, promotes antibody class switching, and supports type 2 immune responses. It is suitable for research on allergic diseases, Th2 cell function, immune regulation, tumor immunology, and mRNA delivery. The transcript is designed for expression in eukaryotic cells. It contains the nucleic acid sequence encoding the 153 amino acid IL4 protein sequence, together with non-coding regulatory elements typically required for efficient translation and stability (5′ untranslated region, 3′ untranslated region, and a 3′ poly(A) tail). The mRNA contains a 5′ Cap 1 structure, and all uridine residues are fully substituted with N1-methyl-pseudouridine (m¹Ψ) to support robust protein expression and to reduce innate immune sensing relative to unmodified mRNA. The mRNA is produced enzymatically by in vitro transcription from a DNA template, followed by capping, polyadenylation, and purification. Promoter sequences used to drive in vitro transcription from the DNA template are not part of the final mRNA product. For research use only (RUO). Not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and not for human or animal administration.
