d2EGFP mRNA

d2EGFP mRNA is a ready-to-use messenger RNA (mRNA) encoding destabilized enhanced green fluorescent protein (d2EGFP). It is suitable for real-time fluorescence detection, studies of mRNA translation kinetics, short-term protein expression analysis, and mRNA delivery research. The transcript is designed for expression in eukaryotic cells. It contains the nucleic acid sequence encoding the 281 amino acid d2EGFP protein sequence, together with non-coding regulatory elements typically required for efficient translation and stability (5′ untranslated region, 3′ untranslated region, and a 3′ poly(A) tail). The mRNA contains a 5′ Cap 1 structure, and all uridine residues are fully substituted with N1-methyl-pseudouridine (m¹Ψ) to support robust protein expression and to reduce innate immune sensing relative to unmodified mRNA. The mRNA is produced enzymatically by in vitro transcription from a DNA template, followed by capping, polyadenylation, and purification. Promoter sequences used to drive in vitro transcription from the DNA template are not part of the final mRNA product. For research use only (RUO).
