VEGF165 mRNA

VEGF165 mRNA is a ready-to-use messenger RNA (mRNA) encoding Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor 165 (VEGF165), a key isoform that regulates blood vessel formation. VEGF165 plays a central role in ischemia, wound healing, and tumor angiogenesis. It is suitable for angiogenesis research, tissue regeneration studies, and mRNA delivery. The transcript is designed for expression in eukaryotic cells. It contains the nucleic acid sequence encoding the 191 amino acid VEGF165 protein sequence, together with non-coding regulatory elements typically required for efficient translation and stability (5′ untranslated region, 3′ untranslated region, and a 3′ poly(A) tail). The mRNA contains a 5′ Cap 1 structure, and all uridine residues are fully substituted with N1-methyl-pseudouridine (m¹Ψ) to support robust protein expression and to reduce innate immune sensing relative to unmodified mRNA. The mRNA is produced enzymatically by in vitro transcription from a DNA template, followed by capping, polyadenylation, and purification.
