NZY Supreme qPCR Green Master Mix 2x (with UDG), ROX is an optimized, high-performance reaction mixture developed for real-time PCR. It enables fast, highly reproducible workflows across a broad range of real-time PCR platforms, incorporating advanced PCR enhancer technology, optimized buffer chemistry, and a polymerase with hot-start-like activity. To reduce the risk of carryover contamination, the master mix incorporates dUTP and a thermolabile uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG), which efficiently degrades uracil-containing carryover DNA from amplicons generated in previous runs. Together, these features deliver high sensitivity, speed, and reproducibility across real-time PCR protocols. The presence of the passive reference dye ROX enables robust well-to-well normalization of non-PCR-related fluorescence fluctuations, increasing confidence in data analysis on ROX-dependent and ROX-compatible instruments. The master mix is a ready-to-use 2x reaction mix containing a green DNA intercalating dye, a ROX passive reference dye, a balanced blend of dNTPs (including dUTP and dTTP), and optimized stabilizers and PCR enhancers. Only the addition of primers, DNA template, and nuclease-free water is required. NZY Supreme qPCR Green Master Mix 2x (with UDG), ROX is suitable for gene expression studies, pathogen and biomarker detection, and the reliable amplification of low-copy or otherwise challenging DNA targets. Its performance profile makes it particularly appropriate for high-throughput and routine screening workflows, as well as assay development across different real-time PCR instruments. The master mix is fully compatible with post-run melt curve analysis to assess amplicon specificity.
