Polaris® Lyophilizable LAMP Buffer 6x is a novel formulation of highly concentrated reaction buffer, specifically designed to extract maximal performance of isothermal enzymes, namely the novel class of NZYtech’s Polaris® BstY enzymes. It provides the most suitable vehicle for fast, sensitive and accurate LAMP reactions, containing all the required elements for a LAMP reaction buffer along with reaction enhancers and enzymatic stabilizers.
