Description: BtRme NC (CE NC), E.C. number 3.1.1.-, is an enzyme that participates in the deacetylation of D-GalA in the RGI backbone from Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron. Recombinant BtRme NC (CE NC), purified from Escherichia coli, is a single domain family NC Carbohydrate Esterase (CE NC) (www.cazy.org). The enzyme is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2, 0.02% sodium azide and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 0,25 mg/mL concentration.
