Description: PNga123A (GH123), E.C. number 3.2.1.53, is an enzyme that participates in the hydrolysis of terminal non-reducing N-acetyl-D-galactosamine residues in N-acetyl-β-D-galactosaminides from Paenibacillus sp.. Recombinant PNga123A (GH123), purified from Escherichia coli, is a single domain family 123 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH123) (www.cazy.org). The protein is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2 and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 0,25 mg/mL concentration.
