Description: CpNga101A (GH101), E.C. number, is an enzyme that catalyzes the liberation of Gal-1,3-β-GalNAc α-linked to serine or threonine residues of mucin-type glycoproteins from Clostridium perfringens. Recombinant CpNga101A (GH101), purified from Escherichia coli, is a single domain family 101 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH101) (www.cazy.org). The protein is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2 and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 0,5 mg/mL concentration. Bulk quantities of this product are available on request.
