Description: SpAcp73A (GH73), E.C. number 3.2.1.-, is a peptidoglycan hydrolase with endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase specificity combining SH3b and WW domains preceeding the GH73 catalytic module from Streptococcus pneumoniae. Recombinant SpAcp73A (GH73), purified from Escherichia coli, is a single domain family 73 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH73) (www.cazy.org). The enzyme is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2, 0.02% sodium azide and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 0,5 mg/mL concentration.
