Description: BtGal95A (GH95), E.C. number 3.2.1.-, is an 1,2-α-galactosidase from Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron. Recombinant BtGal95A (GH95), purified from Escherichia coli, is a single domain family 95 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH95) (www.cazy.org). The protein is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2 and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 1 mg/mL concentration.
