Description: TvGla15A (GH15), E.C. number 3.2.1.3, is an enzyme that removes terminal 1-4-linked α-glucose residues successively from non-reducing ends of the carbohydrate chains releasing β-D-glucose from Thermoactinomyces vulgaris. Recombinant TvGla15A (GH15), purified from Escherichia coli, is a single domain family 15 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH15) (www.cazy.org). The protein is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2 and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 0,5 mg/mL concentration.
