Description: BtLac35A (GH35), E.C. number 3.2.1.23, is a β-galactosidase from Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron. Recombinant BtLac35A (GH35), purified from Escherichia coli, is a single domain family 35 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH35) (www.cazy.org). The protein is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2 and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 1 mg/mL concentration.
