Description: PpMan26A (GH26), E.C. number 3.2.1.78, is an endo-1,4-β-mannanase from Paenibacillus polymyxa . Recombinant PpMan26A (GH26), purified from Escherichia coli, is a single domain family 26 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH26) (www.cazy.org). The protein is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2 and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 1 mg/mL concentration.
