Description: CpHex84A (GH84-CBM32), E.C. number 3.2.1.52, is a β-acetylhexosaminidase from Clostridium perfringens. Recombinant CpHex84A (GH84-CBM32), purified from Escherichia coli, is a modular family 84 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH84) with a C-terminal family 32 Carbohydrate Binding Module (CBM32) (www.cazy.org). The protein is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2 and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 0,25 mg/mL concentration.
