Description: BCdg13A (GH13-CBM20), E.C. number 2.4.1.19, is an enzyme that cyclizes part of a 1,4-α-D-glucan chain by formation of a 1,4-α-D-glucosidic bond from Bacillus sp.. Recombinant BCdg13A (GH13-CBM20), purified from Escherichia coli, is a modular family 13 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH13) with a C-terminal family 20 Carbohydrate Binding Module (CBM20) (www.cazy.org). The enzyme is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2, 0.02% sodium azide and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 0,25 mg/mL concentration.
