Description: GsArb27A (GH27), E.C. number 220.127.116.11, is an enzyme that participates in the removal of a terminal β-L-arabinopyranose residue from the non-reducing end of its substrate from Geobacillus stearothermophilus. Recombinant GsArb27A (GH27), purified from Escherichia coli, is a single domain family 27 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH27) (www.cazy.org). The enzyme is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2, 0.02% sodium azide and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 1 mg/mL concentration.
