Description: BtAch127B (GH127), E.C. number 3.2.1.-, is a 3-C-carboxy-5-deoxy-L-xylose (aceric acid) hydrolase from Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron. Recombinant BtAch127B (GH127), purified from Escherichia coli, is a single domain family 127 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH127) (www.cazy.org). The enzyme is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2, 0.02% sodium azide and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 1 mg/mL concentration.
