Description: SpNan33A (GH33a-GH33b), E.C. number 3.2.1.18, is an exo-α-sialidase from Streptococcus pneumoniae. Recombinant SpNan33A (GH33a-GH33b), purified from Escherichia coli, is a modular family 33 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH33) with two GH33 catalytic module (www.cazy.org). The protein is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2 and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 0,5 mg/mL concentration.
