Description: CpUgl88A (GH88), E.C. number 3.2.1.-, is an Δ-4,5-unsaturated β-glucuronyl hydrolase from Clostridium perfringens. Recombinant CpUgl88A (GH88), purified from Escherichia coli, is a single domain family 88 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH88) (www.cazy.org). The protein is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2 and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 0,5 mg/mL concentration.
