Description: TfXyn10A (GH10-CBM2), E.C. number 3.2.1.8, is an endo-1,4-β-xylanase from Thermobifida fusca. Recombinant TfXyn10A (GH10-CBM2), purified from Escherichia coli, is a modular family 10 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH10) with a C-terminal family 2 Carbohydrate Binding Module (CBM2) (www.cazy.org). The enzyme is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2, 0.02% sodium azide and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 1 mg/mL concentration.
