Description: RcXyn10B-Abf43B (CBM22-GH10-CBM22-GH43-CBM6), E.C. number 3.2.1.8 and 3.2.1.55, is a bifunctional endo-1,4-β-xylanase and exo-α-arabinofuranosidase from Ruminococcus champanellensis. Recombinant RcXyn10B-Abf43B (CBM22-GH10-CBM22-GH43-CBM6), purified from Escherichia coli, is a modular family 10 and 43 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH10 and GH43) containing GH10 and GH43 catalytic domains, an N-terminal and an internal family 22 carbohydrate binding modules (CBM22s) and a C-terminal CBM6 (www.cazy.org). The protein is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2 and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 0,5 mg/mL concentration.
