Description: ZgAgl14A (PL14), E.C. number 4.2.2.-, is an enzyme that acts on alginate from Zobellia galactanivorans. Recombinant ZgAgl14A (PL14), purified from Escherichia coli, is a single domain family 14 Pectate Lyase (PL14) (www.cazy.org). The protein is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2 and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 0,5 mg/mL concentration.
