Description: CcXyn30B (GH30-CBM6), E.C. number 3.2.1.136, is a glucuronoarabinoxylan endo-1,4-β-xylanase from Clostridium clariflavum. Recombinant CcXyn30B (GH30-CBM6), purified from Escherichia coli, is a modular family 30 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH30) with a C-terminal family 6 Carbohydrate Binding Module (CBM6) (www.cazy.org). The enzyme is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2, 0.02% sodium azide and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 0,5 mg/mL concentration.
