Description: 20x concentrated buffer solution RNAse free. Dilute 50 mL of the 20x stock solution into 950 mL of deionised water to make 1 litre of MOPS-SDS Running Buffer. Final concentration will be 50 mM MOPS, 50 mM Tris, 3.47 mM SDS and 1 mM EDTA.
