Description: NZYTech Real-time PCR Kit for Tritrichomonas foetus is designed for the in vitro quantification of T. foetus genomes. The kit is designed to have the broadest detection profile possible whilst remaining specific to the T. foetus genome.The primers and probe have 100% homology with the two principal reference sequences of beta-tubulin, available in the NCBI database (AY277787.1 and AY277787.1). The kit includes positive control for copy number determination, as well as an internal extraction template to control the quality of the nucleic acids extraction avoiding false negative results.
