BtAbf43D (GH43), E.C. number 3.2.1.-, is an exo-α-1,2-arabinofuranosidase from Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron. Recombinant BtAbf43D (GH43), purified from Escherichia coli, is a single domain family 43 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH43) (www.cazy.org). The protein is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2 and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 1 mg/mL concentration. Bulk quantities of this product are available on request.
