Description: AdImd27A (GH27-CBM35), E.C. number, is an enzyme that participates in the hydrolysis of 1,6-α-D-glucosidic linkages in polysaccharides, to remove successive isomaltose units from the non-reducing ends of the chains from Arthrobacter dextranolyticus. Recombinant AdImd27A (GH27-CBM35), purified from Escherichia coli, is a modular family 27 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH27) with a C-terminal family 35 Carbohydrate Binding Module (CBM35) ( The enzyme is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2, 0.02% sodium azide and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 1 mg/mL concentration.
