Description: PbBgl3A (GH3), E.C. number 3.2.1.21 and 3.2.1.74, is a bifunctional 1,4-β-glucosidase and exo-1,4-β-glucosidase/glucanase from Prevotella bryantii. Recombinant PbBgl3A (GH3), purified from Escherichia coli, is a single domain family 3 Glycoside Hydrolase (GH3) (www.cazy.org). The protein is provided in 35 mM NaHepes buffer, pH 7.5, 750 mM NaCl, 200 mM imidazol, 3.5 mM CaCl2 and 25% (v/v) glycerol, at a 1 mg/mL concentration.
