HTP Protein Expression and Purification

NZYtech offers an innovative high-throughput service for recombinant protein expression and purification. Protein purification is ideally performed through IMAC (Immobilized Metal Affinity Chromatography) in an automated platform after expression in Escherichia coli.

Delivery Specifications:
– Purified recombinant proteins (in 96-deep well plates)
– HTP Protein Expression and Purification Report: includes protein sequences, SDS-PAGE analysis and protein quantification
– Estimated delivery: upon request
– In case recombinant protein expression fails, a second attempt will be performed. If the second attempt fails NZYtech reserves the right to cancel the service and the total price quoted for HTP Protein Expression and Purification will be replaced by a fee of 10€/protein to cover production costs.
