Polaris® Lyo RT-LAMP Master Mix 4x is an ingenious solution developed for fast, accurate and cost-effective Reverse Transcription Loop-mediated isothermal AMPlification (RT-LAMP), being supplied already lyophilized.

This formula has been optimized for immediate application upon rehydration with the supplied resuspension buffer, allowing for immediate use in RT-LAMP reactions. To minimize non-specific amplifications that are prevalent in RT-LAMP negative controls, this Master Mix contains a novel generation Bst enzyme that functions optimally at temperatures of 68-70 °C.

The master mix belongs to the latest range of NZY brand products, distinguished by unparalleled production quality and performance efficiency, as corroborated by independent validation under ISO 13485 standards.

Polaris® Lyo RT-LAMP Master Mix 4x is supplied with Reconstitution buffer for Polaris® Lyo RT-LAMP Master Mix 4x, as well as Polaris® MgSO4 100 mM, allowing the fine-tuning of reaction magnesium concentrations. Furthermore, incorporating the Polaris® Speedy LAMP Fluorescent Dye 25x facilitates real-time fluorescence-based detection of reaction products, enabling continuous monitoring akin to a PCR reaction.
