Polaris® Lyophilizable RT-LAMP Buffer 6x is a novel formulation of highly concentrated reaction buffer, specifically designed to extract maximal performance of isothermal enzymes, namely the novel class of NZYtech’s Polaris® BstY and RTY enzymes. It provides the most suitable vehicle for fast, sensitive and accurate RT-LAMP reactions, containing all the required elements for a RT-LAMP reaction buffer along with reaction enhancers and enzymatic stabilizers.

This buffer is thus capable of protecting enzymes from the harm caused by the process of freeze-drying, enhancing its adaptability for applications such as the production of lyophilized variants or its incorporation into master mix formulations for molecular diagnostic purposes. This buffer has a wide range of recommendable reaction temperatures, and is optimally poised to allow maximal performance at the higher reaction temperatures of the novel Polaris® brand of BstY and RTY enzymes of around 68-70 °C. This allows for maximal specificity and reduced probability of non-specific amplification, as well as augmenting resistance to amplification inhibitors, encountered in both clinical and non-clinical specimens.
